Destination 2014: investing in change

'Destination 2014' outlines Capacitybuilders’ vision for the third sector and puts forward a strategic framework of activities in three phases: 2006-08; 2008-11; and 2011-14. Capacitybuilders’ key objectives are to improve the quality and efficiency of infrastructure support, to encourage extra investment in infrastructure, to ensure infrastructure support reaches diverse groups and to influence policy and practice of other funders in this field.

Capacitybuilders seeks the views of voluntary and community sector organisations; particularly on the priorities it should adopt to meet their vision and strategic objectives for 2014 to develop the quality and improve the reach of infrastructure support for voluntary and community sector organisations.

The consultation has ended and Capacitybuilders has published its strategy to modernise and build the capacity of voluntary and community sector organisations to better to deliver public services.
