Welcome to CEMVO North West Region

Servicing the North West Region, CEMVO NW Office re-located to Manchester early in September 2004 and now occupies a community asset building – acquired by the Ethnic Minority Foundation - in the heart of Chinatown. Featuring business units, office space, meeting, seminar, training and ICT facilities; the building has become a focal point for the local community.

Working with black and racial minority community members across Merseyside
CEMVO in partnership with Sefton CVS took a lead on undertaking this consultation commissioned by ChangeUp Merseyside. The report highlights challenges, comments from participants, practical examples under each challenge and suggestions. The idea is that the report does not just raise issues but provide suggestions that are practical and achievable.
